I want to share some valuable information regarding the owner, Carl, of Petland. I had adopted a puppy and was totally in love with him; however, I wasn’t so pleased about the process. I had some negative feelings about how certain things were handled. I reach out to Petland and Carl responded quite quickly. He invited me in to discuss my concerns. I was not able to make it in for a few days, but he patiently waited until I was available. Carl met me on a Saturday morning and was completely prepared for our meeting. He had researched my purchases and already knew what some of my concerns were. Carl and I were able to politely discuss each item and he presented a very solid solution for both parties. I would recommend adopting from Petland based on the integrity of the leadership.
